Mayor Keller agreed. <br /> <br />Q. <br /> <br />Scott Lieuallen <br /> <br />Joe, can we take final action now or IS this the <br />first reading on the package? <br /> <br />A: <br /> <br />Joe Hudzikiewicz <br /> <br />I would suggest that there be a motion to <br />continue the hearing on Ordinance 856 for a <br />revised ordinance -- a first reading next week <br />and a second reading on the revised ordinance <br />two weeks later. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Otto t'Hooft MOVED and Jerry Rust SECONDED continuing <br />discussion on Ordinance 856 until January 13, 1982, after <br />consulting with legal counsel. Motion PASSED unanimously. <br /> <br />Gus Keller announced that the jurisdictions had informally adopted the <br />Plan. Officially, Eugene would adopt the Plan at its meeting on <br />January 27, and Mayor Lively indicated Springfield would adopt formally <br />at its meeting on February 1 st. <br /> <br />Mayor Keller pronounced the meeting adjourned at midnight. <br /> <br />IV-A-20 <br />
