Obie moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, to adopt the resolution, <br />to indicate the desire to move forward as rapidly as possible, and <br />to encourage the County to participate as soon as possible, due to <br />the importance of the project for the City's economic diversifica- <br />tion efforts. Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />CB 2430--An ordinance authorizing the institution of proceedings in <br />eminent domain for the acquisition by condemnation of property <br />interests and temporary and permanent easements for the purposes <br />of street widening, sidewalk construction, and construction of <br />drainage and sewer systems on Danebo Avenue from West 11th Avenue <br />to Royal Avenue; and declaring an emergency. <br /> <br />Mr. Obie moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, that the bill be read the <br />second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent <br />of the council, and that enactment be considered at this time. <br />Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MINUTES--Eugene City Council <br /> <br />February 22, 1982 <br /> <br />Page 9 <br />
