West University Refinement Plan Work Session <br /> <br />Mr. Gleason stated that after this council meeting, a work session will be held <br />in the McNutt Room on the West University Refinement Plan. He would hope <br />the council can resolve three issues and finish the review process next week. <br /> <br />G. Agenda Addition <br /> <br />Mr. Gleason stated that at the end of this agenda, he would like to add an item <br />on intergovernmental arrangement for a multi-government tax base. Council <br />consensus was to allow this to occur. <br /> <br />II. ROUTINE ITEMS FOR COUNCIL APPROVAL <br /> <br />A. Payment of Bills and Claims (listing distributed) <br /> <br />Res. No. 3634--A resolution authorizing payment of bills and <br />claims for the period February 24, 1982, through <br />March 3, 1982. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Ms. Schue moved, seconded by Ms. Miller, to adopt the resolution. <br />Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />B. Finance Resolution (memo, exhibit distributed) <br /> <br />Mr. Gleason stated that this resolution would authorize portable toilets on <br />the "gut," uniforms and equipment for the police reserve force, and the costs <br />associated with CH2M Hill Northwest Incorporated for economic engineering <br />services to the City and EWEB. <br /> <br />Res. No. 3635--A resolution authorizing the transfer of contin- <br />gency appropriations within a given fund to <br />official budget categories. <br /> <br />Ms. Schue moved, seconded by Ms. Miller, to adopt the resolution. <br />Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />C. Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 18913 re: Campbell Assessments <br />(ordinance distributed) <br /> <br />Mr. Gleason stated that these assessments were filed after the company had <br />declared bankruptcy and therefore would be removed. <br /> <br />CB 2438--An ordinance concerning assessments for paving, sanitary <br />sewer, and storm sewer within and adjacent to Judson <br />Subdivision; amending Ordinance 18913; and declaring an <br />emergency. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />Ms. Schue moved, seconded by Ms. Smith, that the bill be read the <br />second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent <br />of the council, and that enactment be considered at this time. <br /> <br />MINUTES--Eugene City Council <br /> <br />March 10, 1982 <br /> <br />Page 4 <br />
