She said that at <br />that time there had been considerable testimony from nearby res)dents regarding <br />problems and disturbances caused by the disco which formerly occupied this site. <br />She said that, pursuant to this expression of concern, the Hearings Official <br />might want to consider the suitability of any future proposed use in terms of <br />such -things as noise and hours of operation. <br /> <br />Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously, with councilor Obie <br />abstaining. <br /> <br />Council Bill 2476 was read the second time by council bill number only. <br /> <br />Ms. Schue moved, seconded by Ms. Smith, that the bill be approved <br />and given final passage.
