PHONE INTERVIEW <br /> A pre-arranged phone interview with Wallace Swanson who was vacation- <br /> ing in Fargo, North Dakota, was conducted for one of the seven positions <br /> of the Downtown Commission by Councilors Mark Lindberg and Brian Obie. <br /> HCC Staff member, Elaine Stewart, coordinated the interview with the <br /> same interview questions as were used for the other 14 applicants. The <br /> interviewers were to report to the rest of the Council regarding this <br /> particular interview. <br /> 9:00 a.m. <br /> McNutt Room <br />- II.
