The mayor's nominations to this committee will be <br />4It considered by the City Council at next Wednesday's meeting. <br /> <br />CB 2502--An ordinance creating a financial planning committee; <br />amending Section 2.013 of the Eugene Code, 1971; adding <br />Sections 2.366 and 2.368 to that code; and declaring an <br />emergency. <br /> <br />Mr. Obie moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, that the bill be read a <br />second time by council bill number only with unanimous consent of <br />the council and that enactment be considered at this time. Roll <br />call vote; motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Council Bill 2502 was read the second time by council bill number only. <br /> <br />Mr. Obie moved, seconded by Ms. Schue that the bill be approved <br />and given final passage. Roll call vote; all members present <br />voting aye. The bill was declared passed and numbered 18997. <br /> <br />Before adjourning, the councilors agreed to ballot for the three openings on <br />the Downtown Commission at 11:00 a.m., July 21, 1982.
