Bi 11 Hamel Ba il ey Gretchen Miller Ba il ey <br /> Perry Guske <br /> Cynthia Wooten Ba il ey <br /> Guske <br /> The balloting resulted in the following: <br /> Chuck Bailey- 6 <br /> Richard Guske- 4 <br /> Richard Perry- 4 <br /> Councilors agreed by consensus to appoint Chuck Bailey and to <br /> ballot a second time to determine the second appointee. <br /> Following discussion the following ballots were cast: <br /> Brain Obie- Perry; Gretchen Miller- Guske; Mark Lindberg- Guske; <br /> Emily Schue- Perry; Bill Hamel- Perry; Cynthia Wooten- Guske; <br /> Betty Smith- Perry. <br /> The ballots were tallied indicating Perry- 4 votes and Guske- 3 votes. <br /> Richard Perry was determined to be the second appointee. <br />e <br /> PLTBCIC4 <br />
