Eugene City Council <br /> Special Meeting <br /> December 8, 1982 <br /> 1 p.m. <br /> McNutt Room <br /> COUNCILORS PRESENT: Brian Obie, Betty Smith, Mark Lindberg, Gretchen Miller, <br /> Bill Hamel, Emily Schue, Cynthia Wooten, John Ball; Terri <br /> Vanderpool (Planning staff). <br /> In order to resolve the 4:4 tie on Planning Commission and Joint Housing <br /> Committee appointments, councilors agreed to share with each other their - <br /> reasons for balloting as they had. Among other things, Councilor Schue, <br /> who sits on the Joint Housing Committee, brought before the council the <br /> present composition of the Joint Housing Committee.
