Bdardiff Lane, Eugene. <br /> <br /> l~l, Conveyance of Ownership of Temporary Regional Facilities, <br /> <br /> Promptly after the Effective Date, the Temporary Regiona~ Facilities shall be <br /> transferred t(~ the local jurisdiction in Which they are I~cated. <br /> <br /> iV. Effective Date. <br /> <br /> The definition of regional sewerage facilities set forth herein sha~l be effective on <br /> July 1,2005. <br /> <br />V.
