CONTINUED DISCUSSION CONCERNING ROOSEVELT BOULEVARD ASSESSMENTS <br /> (information distributed) <br /> Mr. Gleason noted that this was a continuation of the council's June 12 discussion <br /> of this item. He said that the application for Community Development Block <br /> Grant Jobs Bill funds was due by July 1, 1983. He noted that the council had <br /> received an opinion from the City Attorney's Office regarding assessments for <br /> the Roosevelt Boulevard project. <br /> Mr. Lindberg moved that, following the lines of the council's June <br /> 13 discussion, the $80,000 allocated for traffic signals be <br /> reallocated through the Joint Social Services program.
