He said cooperation between the <br />cities will be important in the solution to the problem and that the advice from <br />the City of Springfield should be considered. Mr. Ball felt that the council's <br />action does not reflect on the credibility of the planning process to be followed <br />by the CAT and the Policy Committee. He asked whether <br />those sentiments expressed should be forwarded in a letter to the City of <br />Springfield. Mr. Ball agreed that such action would be appropriate. <br /> <br />Mr. Obie moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, that the sentiments expressed <br />by Mr. Ball be included in a letter to the City of Springfield on <br />behalf of the City Council and signed by the Mayor.
