<br />;. <br /> <br />(a) The name and telephone number of the applicator or of <br />the public agency employing the public appltcator; e <br />(b) The date and time of application of the pesticides; and <br />(c) The brand name and common chemical name of the active <br />i~gredient of the pesticide applied. <br />(2) Any warning sign or notice required by this section shall be <br />maintained for at least 72 hours following the use or application of the <br />pesticide. <br /> <br />6.492 Pesticides - Exemption. The provisions of sections 6.480 to <br />6.492 of this code are not applicable to pesticides used only for <br />experimental or research purposes. <br /> <br />Section 2.
