It would have to be compatible with the mobile home1s <br />exterior siding. <br /> <br />Rain gutters, in harmony with the roof and siding, would be required. <br /> <br />The home would have to be new at the time of installation. <br /> <br />Siding would have to be non-reflective, and textured or wood-stained. <br /> <br />A minimum nine by twelve foot accessory storage building or garage, with <br />siding and design that matches the mobile home, would have to be placed <br />on the lot. <br /> <br />Parking would be the same as is now required for single family dwellings, <br />two per unit. <br /> <br />14. Each home would have to possess an insignia showing that it was <br />manufactured according to the National Manufactured Housing Construction <br />and Safety Standards Code. <br /> <br />15.
