At the conclusion of that hearing, the Council asked that staff <br />schedule a work session to allow for further discussion. Following up on <br />that request, staff has scheduled this as a work session item for Wednes- <br />day, May 22. <br /> <br />During Council review of the plan at the May 8 Council work session, concern <br />regarding the plan revolved around: 1) financial implications of the plan for <br />the City and 2) the nature of the proposed public/private partnership. Staff <br />will be contacting you Monday to identify additional concerns and determine <br />what further information you may need in preparation for this upcoming work <br />session. <br /> <br />Written testimony sent to the Planning Commission is under separate cover <br />for your review. <br />
