<br /> III. RIVERFRONT RESEARCH PARK MASTER DEVELOPER SELECTION (memo, resolution,

<br /> City Manager Micheal Gleason introduced the agenda item. El a i ne Stewa rt of
<br /> the Eugene Development Department presented the staff report, stating that the
<br /> Riverfront Research Park, Inc., had selected the Carley Capital Group as the
<br /> master developer for the Riverfront Research Park. She said it was necessary
<br /> for the Urban Renewal Agency, in its partnership with RRP, to approve the
<br /> master developer for the project. Briefly reviewing the EDD memorandum of
<br /> August 2, 1985, she reported that interviews and background research of Carley
<br /> e Capital Group were positive. Ms. Stewart said staff was recommending that the
