Roll call vote; the motion carried unanimously, 6:0. Council bills 2843 and 2844 were read the second time by council bill numbers on 1 y . Ms. Wooten moved, seconded by Mr. Holmer, that the bills be approved and given final passage. Roll call vote; all councilors voting aye, the bills were declared passed [and became Ordinance Nos. 19345 (CB 2843) and 19346 (CB 2844)]. VIII. RESOLUTION DECLARING INTENT TO REASSESS (memo, resolution distributed) Assistant City Manager David Whitlow introduced the agenda item, stating that there would be no staff presentation as the item was considered routine. Res. No. 3939--A resolution declaring the council's intent to reassess properties located in the proposed Eugene's Parks Place Subdivision. Ms. Wooten moved, seconded by Mr. Holmer, to adopt the resolution. Roll call vote; the motion carried unanimously, 6:0. ~ IX. IMPROVEMENT PETITION FOR SANITARY SEWER ON FERRY STREET (assessable cost: sanitary sewer--100 percent; no cost to City) (resolution distributed) Assistant City Manager David Whitlow introduced the agenda item. He stated that staff considered the item routine and would not present any report. Res. No. 3940--A resolution authorizing sanitary sewer on Ferry Street from 18th Avenue to 150 north of 18th Avenue (2191). Ms. Wooten moved, seconded by Mr. Holmer, to adopt the resolution.
