Adopt Findings/Minutes of Hearings Official Ms. Wooten moved, seconded by Mr. Hansen, to approve the find- ings and minutes of the Hearings Official meeting of September 3, 1985. Roll call vote; the motion carried unanimously, 7:0. 2. Levy Assessments CB 2850--An ordinance levying assessments for paving and sanitary sewers in Alfaretta Drive from Rio Glen to 700 feet east. Ms. Wooten moved, seconded by Mr. Hansen, that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous con- sent of the council, and that enactment be considered at this e time. Roll call vote; the motion carried unanimously, 7:0. Council Bill 2850 was read the second time by council bill number only. Ms. Wooten moved, seconded by Mr. Hansen, that the bill be a pproved and gi ven fi na 1 pa ssa ge.
