<br /> ; <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> e A RESOLUTION CONCERNING ROOR TAX FUNDS: <br /> AMENDING SECTION 4 OF RESOLUTION NO. 3886 <br /> ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL ON NOVEMBER 19, 1984. <br /> The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that: <br /> On November 19, 1984 the Council adopted new guidelines for <br /> the allocation of room tax funds, as evidenced by Resolution <br /> No. 3886. <br /> Section 4 of Resolution No. 3886 established the amount of <br /> the annual allocation of transient room tax funds to be used for <br /> local professional performing arts companies unless those allocations <br /> ,were .subsequently modified by the Council. The Council has <br /> . <br /> determined that the allocations should be adjusted as hereinafter <br /> set forth., <br /> .- Now, therefore, based the above findings, the Council <br /> upon <br /> finds that it is in the public interest to adjust the allocations <br /> set forth in Section 4 of Resolution No. 3886. Therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, <br /> a Municipal Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows: <br /> Section 1. Section 4 of Resolution No. 3755 adopted by the <br /> Council on November 19, 1984 is amended to read and provide: <br /> Section 4. Allocation of Annual Net Revenue of <br /> Transient Room Tax Funds to be Used for Local Professional <br /> Performing Arts Companies.
