COUNCIL ORDINANCE NO. 20585 <br />COUNCIL BILL 5178 <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE SUFFICIENCY OF THE EUGENE <br />URBAN GROWTH BOUNDARY FOR PURPOSES OF RESIDENTIAL LAND <br />NEEDS BY MAKING A TEXT AMENDMENT TO THE EUGENE -SPRINGFIELD <br />METROPOLITAN AREA GENERAL PLAN; AMENDING TEXT AND <br />ADOPTING AN APPENDIX TO THE ENVISION EUGENE COMPREHENSIVE <br />PLAN; AND AMENDING SECTIONS 9.2750 AND 9.2751 OF THE EUGENE <br />CODE, 1971. <br />ADOPTED: July 17, 2017 <br />SIGNED: July 24, 2017 <br />PASSED: 7:1 <br />REJECTED: <br />OPPOSED: Clark <br />EFFECTIVE: Notwithstanding the effective date of ordinances as provided in the <br />Eugene Charter of 2002, Section 1 of this Ordinance shall become effective 30 days <br />from the date of its passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor, or <br />upon the date the Lane County Board of Commissioners has adopted an ordinance <br />containing identical provisions to those described in Section 1 of this Ordinance, <br />whichever is later. <br />Eugene <br />
