Table 19 shows a set of inflation adjusted income indicators for Eugene <br />and Lane County. The results paint a mixed picture, but generally suggest <br />that income (by most measures) increased during the 1990s, and <br />decreased between 1999 and 2010. Incomes in Eugene decreased more <br />over the 21 -year period than the County average. <br />The data show that the percentage of persons below the poverty level <br />increased in Eugene (by 10%) and Lane County (by 7%) between 1999 and <br />2010. <br />Table 19.
