Table 22 and Figure 27 show median sales price for Eugene areas the same <br />years. The table and figure show: <br />• Housing prices increased by 20% or more in all areas between 2001 <br />and 2011. <br />• The largest increases in median sales price were in East Eugene, <br />with an increase of 54% ($86,000) and Ferry Street Bridge, with <br />an increase of 44% ($68,500). <br />• The smallest increases in median sales price were in Danebo, <br />with an increase of 20% ($23,700), West Eugene, with an <br />increase of 21% ($24,400), and River Road and Santa Clara, each <br />with an increase of 23%. <br />• Housing prices decreased in all areas by at least 10% between 2007 <br />and 2011. Areas with lower sales prices had the largest price <br />declines, in dollars and as a percent change over the five-year <br />period. <br />• The largest decreases in median sales prices between 2007 and <br />2011 were in Danebo (-33 %; -$70,300) and West Eugene (-31 %; - <br />$62,600). <br />• North Gilham, Ferry Street Bridge, and East Eugene saw the <br />smallest declines in median sales prices from 2007 to 2011. <br />Table 22.
