Figure 29 shows a comparison of gross rent31 for renter -occupied housing <br />units in Oregon, Lane County, and Eugene in 2011. Lane County had a <br />larger share of rental units costing less than $600 per month (19%) than <br />Eugene or Oregon (both 17%). Eugene, Lane County, and the State had <br />similar shares of rental units costing between $600 and $1,000 per month <br />(about 48%). <br />Figure 29.
