Capacity Method 2: Larger LDR Parcels <br />Capacity Method 2 requires an estimate of the amount of vacant land in <br />gross acres within the current UGB that fall within the applicable <br />categories (e.g., no constraints such as greater than 30% slope or protected <br />land is removed).
