<br />e <br /> <br />development is substantial, the City will ask for an easement as part of that <br />Greenway Permit process; in the past, the City has not asked for easements in <br />many small scale developments. <br /> <br />Mr. Boles moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, to support the staff <br />recommendation which would allow for the continuation of the <br />South Bank Bike Trail along the river and that the City will <br />require bike easements whenever possible. <br /> <br />Ms. Ehrman indicated that this is an issue of concern and needs more <br />discussion and suggested that this issue be continued at the next meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Boles moved, seconded by Mr. Bennett, to table this <br />discussion for two weeks.
