INTRODUCTIONS <br /> <br />Members of the commission and councils were introduced. <br /> <br />II. JOINT LANE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS/SPRINGFIELD CITY COUNCIL/ <br />EUGENE CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING ON RIVER ROAD AND SANTA CLARA <br />SEWER SERVICE <br /> <br />Commissioner Rogers opened the joint public hearing. <br /> <br />Gary Chenkin, City of Eugene Planning and Development Department, provided <br />background information.
