CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> A. Approval of City Council Minutes of January 22 and April 9, 1990, <br /> City Council meetings, and October 16, 1989, Dinner/Work Session <br /> B. Approval of Minutes, Findings, and Recommendations of Hearings <br /> e Official and Adoption of Resolution Forming a Local Improvement <br /> District for Sheraton Drive. <br /> Res. No. 4194--A resolution forming a local improvement <br /> district for street, and sanitary and storm <br /> sewer improvements to Sheraton Drive from <br /> Chateau Meadows Drive to 1700 feet north. <br /> C. Approval of Intergovernmental Relations Committee Minutes of June <br /> 12, 1990. <br /> Ms. Bascom requested that items Band C be removed from the Consent Calendar <br /> for the council's consideration at the end of the meeting. <br /> Mr. Holmer moved, seconded by Mr. Rutan, to approve Item A on <br /> the City Council Consent Calendar. Roll call vote; the <br /> motion carried unanimously, 6:0. <br /> II. PUBLIC HEARING: REVISION OF NOISE VARIANCE ORDINANCE <br /> City Manager Mike Gleason introduced the topic. Dick Gassman, Planning and <br /> Development Department, reported that the proposed revisions to the sections <br /> of the Eugene Code pertaining to noise disturbances and noise variances were <br /> a response to a challenge to the constitutionality of the current noise <br /> e MINUTES--Eugene City Council June 25, 1990 Page 1 <br />
