Inventory data <br />• Production records <br />• Records of sales or transfers of products from the facility <br />NPDES monitoring reports <br />• Office of State Fire Marshal Hazardous Substance Information Survey <br />Flow -meter data <br />RCRA Hazardous Waste Generator's Report to DEQ <br />Pretreatment reports fled by the facility with the wastewater treatment plant <br />• Invoices from hazardous waste management companies <br />Hazardous waste profiles <br />• Process diagrams that indicate emissions and other releases <br />Any other records that your facility will need to substantiate the inputs and outputs of all <br />reportable hazardous substances, including method of estimation (see pages 20-22). <br />What to Report <br />Reporting businesses are required to determine which substances they need to report, and then to <br />report the inputs and outputs, by type, of each of those chemicals, such that total inputs and <br />outputs for each chemical are equal within the smallest accounting unit. A thorough review of <br />this handbook, especially the Charter Amendment (see Appendix A) and the list of reportable <br />chemicals (see Appendix. Radioactive <br />substances are also reportable (see paragraph below and Appendix A, Article III(E)(3)). <br />-14- <br />
