Councilors, to any person who had requested such notice, and by publication of the Notice in the <br />Register Guard Newspaper on October 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, 2017. The Notice provided that comments <br />or objections to the proposed amendments must be submitted within 15 days of the first date of <br />publication of the Notice. No comments were received within the time or in the manner described <br />in the Notice. <br />Based on the above findings, and the authority of Section 2.019 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971, and Ordinance No. 20551, I order that the Hazardous Substance Tracking Instructions, <br />amending and restating the Hazardous Substance Tracking Instructions adopted by Ordinance No. <br />20518, are attached as Exhibit A to this Order and are adopted effective January 1, 2018, for reports <br />due beginning April 1, 2018. <br />Dated this 2,1 day of -October; 2017. <br />Jon R.
