No. 4232--A resolution of the City of Eugene, Lane Coun- <br />ty, Oregon, calling a special election to <br />refer to the voters of the city, Ordi- <br />nance 19749 concerning a conceptual <br />design for downtown mall redesign and <br />and reconstruction and providing for <br />elector approval of vehicular traffic on <br />certain downtown streets. <br /> <br />Mr. Boles moved, seconded by Ms. Ehrman, to adopt the resolu- <br />tion. <br /> <br />Mr. Boles moved, seconded by Ms. Ehrman, to amend the resolu- <br />tion findings as previously discussed.
