CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The meeting of the Springfield City Council was called to order by his Honor <br />Mayor Bill Morrisette. <br /> <br />The meeting of the Lane County Board of Commissioners was called to order by <br />Chair Jack Roberts. <br /> <br />The meeting of the Eugene City Council was called to order by His Honor Mayor <br />Jeff Miller. <br /> <br />II.
