INTRODUCTIONS <br /> <br />Councilors and commissioners introduced themselves and indicated which wards <br />they represented. <br /> <br />II. ACTION OF THE SPRINGFIELD CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />Mayor Morrisette indicated that the Springfield City Council is still in <br />session and would be taking action on some issues prior to beginning the <br />meeting of the joint jurisdictions. <br /> <br />Mayor Morrisette opened a public hearing on consideration of an ordinance <br />instituting new systems development charges. <br /> <br />Mr. Beyer moved, seconded by Ms. Decker, to continue the pub- <br />lic hearing until May 20, 1991. The motion carried unanimous- <br />ly, 6:0. <br /> <br />Mayor Morrisette opened a public hearing on an ordinance to consider with- <br />drawing property from the Rainbow Water District. <br /> <br />Mr. Beyer moved, seconded by Mr. Wojcik, to continue to the <br />public hearing until May 20, 1991.
