ORDINANCE: METROPOLITAN AREA GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENTS REGARDING GOOD <br />NEIGHBOR CARE CENTERS, INC. <br /> <br />City Manager Mike Gleason introduced the topic and said that staff was avail- <br />able to answer questions. <br /> <br />CB 4306--An ordinance amending the Eugene-Springfield Metro- <br />politan Area General Plan to redesignate property <br />identified as Assessor's Map 17-02-3 1, Tax lots 300 <br />and 700, from light-medium and heavy industrial land <br />use to a combination of medium-density residential, <br />light-medium industrial and commercial land uses; and <br />adopting a savings and severability clause. <br /> <br />Mr. Boles moved, seconded by Ms. Ehrman, that the bill, with <br />unanimous consent of the council, be read the second time by <br />council bill number only, and that enactment be considered at <br />this time.
