CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> e A. Approval of City Council Minutes of March 2, 1991, Special Work <br /> Session; April 10, 1991, Lunch Work Session; April 22, 1991, Din- <br /> ner Work Session; April 22, 1991, Meeting; April 29, 1991, Joint <br /> Meeting; May 8, 1991, Lunch Work Session; and June 3, 1991, Dinner <br /> Work Session. <br /> B. Approval of Minutes and Findings and Recommendations of Hearings <br /> Official and Adoption of Resolution Forming a Local Improvement <br /> District for Construction of Storm Sewers South of Barger Drive, <br /> East of Terry Street, Along North Boundary of Woodland Hills Mo- <br /> bile Home Park, Phase II (Job #2683) <br /> Mr. Boles noted that the agenda packet contained incomplete versions of the <br /> council minutes of April 29, 1991, and May 8, 1991, and asked that they be <br /> removed from the consent calendar. <br /> Mr. Rutan moved, seconded by Mr. Boles, to approve the remain- <br /> ing items on the City Council Consent Calendar.
