Administrative <br /> Services Director Warren Wong reported that the Budget Committee's recommend- <br /> e ed budget for the Urban Renewal Agency is included in the council's agenda <br /> packet. <br /> Mayor Miller opened the public hearing. There being no requests to speak, <br /> the public hearing was closed. <br /> Res. No. 953--A resolution of the Urban Renewal Agency adopt- <br /> ing the budget and making appropriations for the <br /> fiscal year beginning July 1, 1991, and ending <br /> June 3q, 1992. <br /> Mr. Rutan moved, seconded by Mr. Boles, to adopt the resolu- <br /> tion. Roll call vote; the motion carried unanimously, 7:0. <br /> Mayor Miller adjourned the meeting of the Urban Renewal Agency and reconvened <br /> the meeting of the Eugene City Council. <br /> IV.
