PUBLIC FORUM <br /> e William J. Mason, 1803 West 34th Avenue, said that he has not received an <br /> adequate response from the City Attorney's Office on questions he has asked <br /> regarding the provisions of the 8th and Willamette Request For Proposal <br /> (RFP). He noted that a memo of understanding between the City and the devel- <br /> oper was due in July 1991. <br /> II. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> A.
