Roll call vote; the motion carried <br /> unanimously, 8:0. <br /> CB 4325--An ordinance levying assessments for paving and sani- <br /> tary and storm sewer on Goodpasture lakes Loop Road <br /> from 1,100 feet north of Goodpasture Island Road to <br /> Goodpasture Island Road; and declaring an emergency <br /> (Contract No. 90-24). <br /> Mr. Rutan moved, seconded by Mr. Boles, that the bill, with <br /> unanimous consent of the council, be read the second time by <br /> council bill number only, and that enactment be considered at <br /> this time.
