<br />~ The City Attorney noted only one substantive change between the resolution <br />previously distributed and that given to councilors today. Finding C in <br />today's resolution simply disclaims that the City is undertaking any liabili- <br />ty in connection with this project. <br /> <br />Mr. MacDonald moved, seconded by Mr. Boles, to amend the reso- <br />lution by adding the phrase "would improve the quality of the <br />local environment, and would be in the best interests of the <br />citizens of Eugene" following "ORS 280.520;" in the first <br />paragraph. The amendment passed unanimously, 6:0. <br /> <br />The City Attorney saw no problem with the amendment. <br /> <br />The main motion passed unanimously, 6:0. <br /> <br /> <br />IV. BRING FUNDING REQUEST REVIEW <br /> <br />Ms. Bascom moved, seconded by Mr. Boles, to approve BRING <br />Recycling's funding request for $2,880 in City funds to sup- <br />port operation of four recycling drop sites in Eugene from <br />November 1, 1991-June 30, 1992.
