e e e CB 4355--An ordinance providing for withdrawal from the River Road Water District and River Road Park and Recreation District that part of the districts an- nexed to the city of Eugene by the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission on September 16, 1991 (Divers/Green, EC EU 91-21). Mr. Green moved, seconded by Ms. Ehrman, that the bill, with unanimous consent of the council, be read the second time by council bill number only and that enactment be considered at this time. Roll call vote; the motion passed unanimously, 7:0. Council Bill 4355 was read the second time by number only. Mr. Green moved, seconded by Ms. Ehrman, that the bill be approved and given final passage. Roll call vote; the motion passed unanimously, 7:0, and became Ordinance No. 19824. Mr. Green moved, seconded by Ms. Ehrman, that the bill, with unanimous consent of the council, be read the second time by council bill number only and that enactment be considered at this time. Roll call vote; the motion passed unanimously, 7:0. Council Bill 4356 was read the second time by number only. Mr. Green moved, seconded by Ms. Ehrman, that the bill be approved and given final passage. Roll call vote; the motion passed unanimously, 7:0, and became Ordinance No. 19825. V. APPOINTMENTS: CONSIDERATION OF MAYOR MILLER'S NOMINATION TO THE SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLING BOARD At the request of Councilor Nicholson, this item was postponed until a future council meeting.
