CITY COUNCIL MINUTES OF JANUARY 8, 1992, LUNCH WORK SESSION Referring to page 6 of the minutes of January 8, 1992, Mr. MacDonald correct- ed the last sentence under Item II to read as follows: "Mr. MacDonald asked for clarification on the process by which council officers are elected."
