<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />In addition, Mr. Cornacchia requested information on the determination of the <br />significance of hydric soils and vegetation types--and how this determination <br />is related to the Clean Water Act. <br /> <br />Ms. Bascom moved, seconded by Mr. MacDonald, to leave the <br />written record open for the West Eugene Wetlands Special Area <br />Study until April 22, 1992. <br /> <br />Ms. Ehrman thought that allowing only two additional weeks would not be ade- <br />quate time. <br /> <br />Ms. Ehrman amended the motion to allow the record open until <br />May 7, 1992. The amended motion passed unanimously (6:0). <br /> <br />Mr. Gordon agreed to conduct at least one public workshop between now and May <br />7. <br /> <br />Mr. Rust moved, seconded by Mr. Roberts, to keep the written <br />record open for the West Eugene Wetlands Special Area Study <br />until May 7, 1992, with the third reading on May 27, 1992, at <br />1:30 p.m. in Harris Hall. <br /> <br />The commissioners then discovered that that motion would not be possible <br />given the current schedule. <br /> <br />Mr. Rust moved, seconded by Mr. Roberts, to keep the written <br />record open for the West Eugene Wetlands Special Area Study <br />until May 7, 1992, with the third reading on May 20, 1992, at <br />1:30 p.m. in Harris Hall.
