These boundaries are as described in paragraph 1 of this Order excluding the boundaries described in paragraph 3. subsections a., b. and c. of this Order. 4. The University of Oregon may issue up to 500 arena event parking permits ("Event Permit") to allow vehicular parking in the Parking District in excess of the 2 -hour limitation set forth in paragraph 3, above. Event Permit parking privileges shall be limited to University of Oregon men's basketball games and collegiate level men's and women's post - season basketball games, totaling no more than 22 events per year. 5. The Maude Kerns Art Center may issue event permits for art center events to allow vehicular parking in the Parking District in excess of the time limitations set forth in paragraph 3, above. Maude Kerns Event Parking permits may not be used for volunteer or employee parking. 6. Persons residing in or owning residential property within the Parking District designated in this Order may apply for a permit entitling the permit holder to preferential long- term parking within the designated Parking District. Upon application, each residential location within the Parking District may receive up to two free residential parking permits. The cost of providing the free parking permits to the residential locations within the Parking District shall be included in the City's annual operational costs paid by the University of Oregon. Permit fees shall be established in accordance with Section 2.020 and Chapter 5 of the Eugene Code, 1971. 7. A holder of a Parking District residential parking permit may apply to the Parking Services Manager for an individual, or packet of ten (10), temporary guest parking permit(s). 8. Except when this administrative order provides a conflicting provision, the area designated as the Parking District shall continue to be governed by applicable administrative orders. Order. 9.
