holidays), except for arena event permitted vehicles and Zone J permitted vehicles. <br />These boundaries are as described in paragraph 1 of this Order excluding the boundaries <br />described in paragraph 3. subsections a., b. and c. of this Order. <br />4. The University of Oregon may issue up to 500 arena event parking permits <br />("Event Permit") to allow vehicular parking in the Parking District in excess of the 2 -hour <br />limitation set forth in paragraph 3, above. Event Permit parking privileges shall be limited to <br />University of Oregon men's basketball games and collegiate level men's and women's post - <br />season basketball games, totaling no more than 22 events per year. <br />5. The Maude Kerns Art Center may issue event permits for art center events to <br />allow vehicular parking in the Parking District in excess of the time limitations set forth in <br />paragraph 3, above. Maude Kerns Event Parking permits may not be used for volunteer or <br />employee parking. <br />6. Persons residing in or owning residential property within the Parking District <br />designated in this Order may apply for a permit entitling the permit holder to preferential long- <br />term parking within the designated Parking District. Upon application, each residential location <br />within the Parking District may receive up to two free residential parking permits. The cost of <br />providing the free parking permits to the residential locations within the Parking District shall be <br />included in the City's annual operational costs paid by the University of Oregon. Permit fees <br />shall be established in accordance with Section 2.020 and Chapter 5 of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br />7. A holder of a Parking District residential parking permit may apply to the Parking <br />Services Manager for an individual, or packet of ten (10), temporary guest parking permit(s). <br />8. Except when this administrative order provides a conflicting provision, the area <br />designated as the Parking District shall continue to be governed by applicable administrative <br />orders. <br />Order. <br />9.
