The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concurrence of the <br /> <br />City Attorney, is authorized to administratively correct any reference errors contained <br /> <br />herein or in other provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971, to the provisions added, <br /> <br />amended or repealed herein. <br /> <br />Section 4. Within two years from the effective date of this Ordinance: (1) the City <br /> <br />Manager shall prepare a report of the activity recorded in the Downtown Public Safety <br /> <br />Zone and provide that report to the Police Commission; and (2) the Police Commission <br /> <br />shall review the report, obtain public input regarding the effectiveness of this Ordinance <br /> <br />in reducing targeted incidents in the Downtown Public Safety Zone and provide a <br /> <br />recommendation to the Council regarding continued enforcement of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 5. Unless otherwise extended by the City Council, this Ordinance and the <br /> <br />amendments authorized herein shall automatically sunset and be repealed August 11, <br /> <br />2010.
