<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Mr. Gleason said that if the City wishes to establish a dense urban core, <br />parking structures must be provided, as opposed to surface level parking. He <br />said that this will result in higher costs for parking in the downtown area, <br />which will then promote parking on the perimeter. He said that there are <br />legal questions which must be addressed regarding parking damages if LTD were <br />to purchase the McDonald site from the City.
