Call to Order <br /> Commissioner Dumdi called the meeting of the lane Board of County Commission- <br /> ers to order. <br /> Mayor Jeff Miller called the meeting of the Eugene City Council to order. <br /> Mayor Bill Morrisette called the meeting of the Springfield City Council to <br /> order. <br /> 2. lane County Second Reading and Public Hearing/ <br /> Ordinance No. PA 1022 (Industrial lands Special Study) <br /> Ms. Dumdi provided the second reading of the ordinance for lane County and <br /> called for the staff presentation in the matter of Ordinance No. PA 1022. <br /> 3. Staff Introduction <br /> Steve Gordon of the lane Council of Governments provided the staff presenta- <br /> tion and introduced staff study team members Gary Chenkin of the City of <br /> Eugene, Michael Cope1y of lane County, and Mel Oberst of the City of Spring- <br /> field. Mr. Gordon described the history of the Industrial lands Special <br /> Study. He said that the joint planning commissions had conducted a public <br /> hearing on the study in May 1991 and had forwarded recommendations to the <br /> .
