The motion passed; 5:3, Ms. Ehrman, Mr. Green, and Mr. <br /> Nicholson opposed. <br /> With regard to the other two projects, Mr. Boles suggested the Downtown <br /> Commission and staff bring a proposal before the council that addresses the <br /> commitment to provide public rest rooms downtown, but ensures that their <br /> management and maintenance resides in private hands.
