COUNCILORS ABSENT: Debra Ehrman, Randy MacDonald. The adjourned meeting of the Eugene City Council of November 18, 1992, was called to order by His Honor Mayor Jeff Miller. I. PRESENTATION TO CITY COUNCIL OF BIKE COMMUTE WEEK AWARD Bicycle Committee Chair Brian Churchill, on behalf of the City's Bicycle Committee, presented Mayor Miller and the City Council with an award the City received in recognition of its bicycle commute week efforts from the Associa- tion for Commuter Transportation, which annually recognizes unique commuter transportation programs in cities nationwide. .
