ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO, 21.05-02 <br /> of the <br /> City Manager <br /> City of Eugene, Oregon <br /> <br /> Appointing Susan Muir as AIC Executive Manager <br /> of the Eugene Planning & Development Department, <br /> <br /> The City Manager of the City of Eugene f'mds that: <br /> <br /> A, Under the provisions of Chapter IV, Section 16 of the Eugene Charter of 2002, <br />the City Manager is designated as the administrative head of the City, specifically authorized to <br />appoint and remove all employees (except as otherwise provided in the Charter), organize, and, <br />as deemed necessary, disband and reorganize various City departments, and to enforce all <br />ordinances of the City, <br /> <br /> B, Pursuant to that authority, Administrative Order No, 21-04-08 was issued on <br />October 8, 2004 designating and/or affirming City Department and Division Managers, The <br />Executive Manager position of the Planning & Development Department is currently vacant, and <br />Susan Muir should be appointed as the Acting in,Capacity (AIC) Executive Manager, <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br /> THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF EUGENE ORDER AND DIRECTS <br />THAT: <br /> <br /> Section 1, Based on the above findings, which are hereby adopted, Susan Muir is hereby <br />appointed as an Executive Manager (AIC) of the Eugene Planning & Development Department, <br />effective immediately, <br /> <br /> Section 2, The City Recorder is requested to append a copy of this order to <br />Administrative Order No, 21-04-08, <br /> Dated and effective this J_O_V- <br /> · day of ^..May, 2005. <br /> <br /> Dennis M, Taylor <br /> City Manager <br /> <br />Administrative Order <br /> ,: <br /> <br /> <br />
