<br />second time by council bill number only, there being no council member
<br />present requesting that it be read in full.

<br />ning Commission staff notes and minutes of December 17, 1974, and that the
<br />bill be approved and given final passage. Rollcall vote. Motion carried,
<br />Council members Murray, Keller, Hamel, and Mayor Anderson voting aye; Council
<br />members Bradley, Haws, and Shirey voting no, and the bill was declared passed
<br />and numbered 17247.

<br />number only, there being no council member present requesting that it be read
<br />in full.

<br />by council bill number only, there being no council members present request-
<br />ing that it be read in full.

<br />In voting to break the tie on the above council bills,
<br />Mayor Anderson said the plan as developed by staff was one
<br />that would provide for development to a density which would
<br />conform to the General Plan, and the area was within the urban
<br />service boundary.
