All council <br />members present voting aye, motion carried, Councilman Bradley not present. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2393 - Authorizing contract with State for BOR grant - Skinners Butte <br />Riverfront Park improvements was read by number and title. <br /> <br />Mr. Keller moved second by Mrs. Beal to adopt the resolution.
