<br />Mr. Keller moved second by Mrs. Beal that .the bill be read the second.:time by council bill <br />number only, with unanimous -consent of the Council, and that enactment be considered at <br />this time. Motion carried .unanimously and the bill was read the second time by council <br />~ bill number only. <br /> <br />Mr. Keller moved second by Mrs. Beal that the bill be approved and given final passage. <br />Rollcall vote. All council members present voting aye, the bill was declared passed and <br />numbered 17351, Councilman Bradley not present. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />Council Bill No. 831 - Sidewalk on east side of Agate Street from Cameo Street to <br />south approximately 1100 feet was read. by council bill number <br />and title only, there being no councilmember present requesting that it be read in full, <br /> <br />Mr. Keller moved second by Mrs. .Beal that the bill .be read the second time by council bill <br />number only, with unanimous consent of the Council, and that enactment be considered at <br />this time. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the second time by council <br />bill number only. <br /> <br />Mr. Keller moved second by Mrs. Beal that the bill be approved and given final passage. <br />Rollcall vote. All council members present voting aye,. the bill was declared passed and <br />numbered 17352, Councilman Bradley not present. <br /> <br />Council Bill No. 832 - Levying assessments for paving alley between Willamette Street <br />and Oak Street from 13th Avenue to 14th Avenue (74-47) was <br />read by council bill number and title only, there being no council member present <br />requesting that it be read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Keller moved second by Mrs. Beal that the bill be referred to panel for hearing on <br />May 5, 1975 and brought back for Council consideration of panel recommendation on <br />May 12, 1975. Motion carried unanimously, Councilman Bradley not present. <br /> <br />VI - Resolutions <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2392 <br /> <br />Endorsing growth study and recommending it for consideration <br />to Lane County and Springfield was read by number and title. <br /> <br />Mr. Keller moved second by Mrs. Bealto adopt the resolution. Rollcall vote. All council <br />members present voting aye, motion carried, Councilman Bradley not present. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2393 - Authorizing contract with State for BOR grant - Skinners Butte <br />Riverfront Park improvements was read by number and title. <br /> <br />Mr. Keller moved second by Mrs. Beal to adopt the resolution. Rollcall vote. All council <br />members present voting aye, motion carried, Councilman Bradley not present. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2394 - Authorizing payment of bills and claims for period April 14 <br />through April 28, 1975 was read by number and title. <br /> <br />Mr. Keller moved second by Mrs. Beal to adopt the resolution. Rollcall vote. All council <br />members present voting aye, motion carried, Councilman Bradley not present. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />VII - Enforcement Action - BALSM, 5500 Donald Street <br />Resolution No. 2395 - Authorizing abatement action against BALSM, 5500 Donald <br />Street, was read by number and title. <br /> <br />Assistant <br />of proper <br />for cement <br />when ci ty <br /> <br />Manager noted that adoption of the resolution was necessary to provide a record <br />actions should court action be necessary later on in connection with the en- <br />action. He noted that developers of this project had a history of not complying <br />inspections revealed work was not progressing properly.
