He said if it was decided to deliberate at a later time, <br /> he would suggest a special session rather than waiting for the regular meeting in <br /> two weeks. There were no objections. <br /> Councilman Hamel agreed that the issue should be held over because of the information <br /> presented at this meeting that had not been presented before.
